Key Responsibilities :

– Provide admin support
– Schedule an interviews on Zoom / Teams / Webex
– Organize, compile and update company personal records and documentation
– Manage and update the database with different information
– Assist recruiters in posting job ads on career pages

Key Requirements :

– Good academic background
– Career driven, team player
– Ability to multitask, work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
