General Description :
Identify data and information quality issues and systematically drive improvement of data quality at source, in the data transformation processes and in the outputs.

Main Duties :
• Responsible for actively auditing the quality of Company data. As such, carry out for examplethe below tasks continuously, proactively, and independently:
o Profile data for inconsistencies
o Advise on data cleansing techniques on source data as far as possible
o Responsible for defining and operating the data quality audit process
o Monitor adherence to data governance protocols and data security
• Report on quality to respective stakeholders across the business

Work Experience Requirements :
• Minimum 5 years of data quality assurance and testing experience
• Minimum 3 years of analytics/consulting experience in a healthcare/insurance context
• Experience in longer-term process improvement projects Licensure / Certification

Requirements :
• N/A Education
• Bachelor degree in any quantitative field or Computer Science, or minimally 3 years of
experience in an area relevant to the job

• Very good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

• Good knowledge of health insurance concepts
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent SQL skills
• Understanding and experience of working with master data management techniques such as survivorship, stewardship, and golden record
• Knowledge of Informatica technologies and products desirable
