JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
• Meet or exceed assigned sales target by identifying new opportunities, cross-selling, upselling products, and professional services.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information, and product demonstrations to existing customer base.
• Educate customers about features and benefits of products in order to improve customer satisfaction and transaction profitability.
• Work towards an intimate understanding of customer needs and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
• Solidify contract renewals and extend the terms and scope of existing contracts.
• Capability to demonstrate 1st level demo of the product
• Establish and maintain existing account relationships by visiting customers regularly and addressing proactively all concern areas.
