Job Description :
• Lead the Resource Management Review process and ensure to carry out appropriate actions in keeping and attaining strong talent pipeline.
• Manage the recruitment process, enhance selection tools and methods, conduct interviews for the open positions, collaborate with departmental heads to understand skills and competencies required for the post and as well as implement inductions and on-boarding processes.
• Development and execution of HR strategies to support the long-term business plan and annual operating plan objectives across the HR scope of influence including but not limited to compensation planning, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; Organizational development.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Has a thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in the land.
Train-the-trainer (TTT) and Coaching certifications are preferred.
