Qualification: MBA HR, MSW
Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Requirements:
1) Should be dynamic HR Head
2) Candidate must be from Construction/Contracting/Real Estate Background
3) Required to handle New Recruitments on boarding process. Set up standard HR Practices
4) Well acquainted with PF/ESI/BOCW/Labour License & Other statutory compliances
5) Should be able to handle Project Site HR Practices
6) Payroll Practices and Monthly Payroll systems
7) To be able to handle Team of junior HR & Admins
