Experience required for the Job : 2 – 5 years
Job Location : Bangalore
Perform evaluating and analyzing the audit request or concern, quickly interpreting the situation, determining the appropriate resolution or escalation, and communicating the resolution to the internal / external client stakeholders, consistent with Service Level Agreements core responsibilities. In this role, you will also be responsible in collating and provide evidences, resolutions regarding HR policy-related questions recognizing when escalation of a situation is necessary. (e.g. payroll, performance management, time and expenses, and benefits) queries
• Organize, maintain and update Employee Files
• Generate reports as applicable/assigned from the database and address queries
• Help in providing standard employment letters and other transactional activities.
• Coordinating planned events for employee benefits and provide response and service to employee, vendor and client queries
Shift : 12PM – 9PM – uk shift
Transportation is available.
