DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Examine the progress of the work and maintain the plans of the project to make sure that the results obtained are as per the standards of the project.
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
- Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing and summarizing relevant information.
Lead and motivate people, drive them towards successful achievements, provide coaching and support when needed and create a strong team spirit culture to boost internal productivity.
