Senior Engineer – Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
Abu Dhabi
3-5 Yrs. of relevant experience
Product/Technology :
-Excellent Understanding of X.509, RSA and general certificate management processes
– Solid experience with public key infrastructure (PKI)
-Experience with certificate lifecycle management
-Solid experience with Microsoft Certificate Services (CA)
– Experience with commercial Certificate Authority providers
-Experience authoring Certificate Polices and Certification Practice Statements (CP/CPS)
-Strong proficiency in cryptography
– Good understanding of secure coding techniques and IT security principals in general
– SecMaker: Net iD Enterprise, Net iD Portal
-Ubikey Tokens
-Strong understanding of HSMs with hands on experience on HSM deployment and management
-Understanding of PKCS and ETSI standards
-Understanding of cryptographic processes and algorithms
– Deep understanding of secure IT protocols, IPSEC, TLS, SMIME etc
– Technical expert on MS CA deployments and Active Directory GP and x509 templates
-Deep understanding of CPS and CP and associated PKI governance, and cert lifecycle management
– Technical expertise in integration of x509 certificates into IT products, devices and services to enable secure protocols
Background :
– Intermediate level experience in managing and supporting complex security that are built on a number of different cybersecurity technologies.
– Intermediate level experience in Managed Services (Network and Security)
-Intermediate level experience in different network automation tools, protocol analyzers, packet filtering, web proxy and network operating systems
-Intermediate level experience in managing and supporting switches, routers, wireless controllers, access points, load balance and firewalls.
– Intermediate level experience in Network and Security monitoring, performance tuning and troubleshooting
– Intermediate level experience with planning, implementing, and improving security policies and firewall configurations.
– Intermediate level experience following ITSM policies and processes.
Job Description :
– Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of new projects / technologies and ensure that the solutions are available and performing.
– Provide day-to-day operational support including responding to incidents, service requests and tasks.
– Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, defining, and monitoring access.
– Reporting Security operational status by gathering and prioritizing information
– Maintain Security infrastructure health checks, proactively take actions to minimize downtime and performance issues.
