We are looking Service Desk with international voice experience (UK and US preferred) and should have supported technical issues/queries over call, email and chat.

Job description for GSD:

·        Candidate should have good knowledge of active directory and account management tools.

·        Should have good troubleshooting skills for Windows 8 and 10 OS and PC hardware / peripherals (including printers, docking stations).

·        Should be flexible for rotational and night shifts.

·        Should have good command over ServiceNow or relevant ticketing system.

·        Should have good knowledge of RSA tokens, VPN and Citrix remote environments.
