• Experience level: 2 Years – 5 years ( Strong US IT Recruitment)
• Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment process a
• Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)
• Screening the candidates as per the required skill-set
• Good rate negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills required
